I’m Blending Every Damn Thing!

So literally, I’ve been blending every damn thing!! If it’s a fruit and/or a veggie, it’s gettin’ blended! Here’s a few recipes I quickly put together!

Cinnamon Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • Kale
  • Bananas
  • Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • Coconut Water
  • Cinnamon
  • Chia Seeds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Dates

Pineapple Banana Smoothie

  • Kale
  • Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
  • Dates
  • Flaxseeds
  • Bananas
  • Pineapples
  • Chia Seeds

Very Cherry Coconut Smoothie

  • Cherries
  • Kale
  • Half Avocado
  • Half Banana
  • Almond Milk
  • Coconut oil
  •  Coconut Juice
  • Flaxseeds

Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie

  • Almond Milk
  • Blueberries
  • Flaxseeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut oil
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Bananas
  • Kale

Everything Green Smoothie

  • Spring Water
  • Apples
  • Kale
  • Cilantro
  • Cucumber
  • Chia Seeds

* So, with the ingredients listed above, the smoothie separated (excessive liquid on the bottom and an enormous amount of frothy pulp at the top). I plan on using other energetic foods to balance the texture, making it more smooth.

To make it taste better, I added…..

  • Dates
  • Coconut Juice
  • a little bit of almond milk
  • avocado (which made it more creamier)
